Symptoms
When attempting to load a second plan, the following error occurs.
ERROR

No supply planning engine is available. You can close one or more loaded plans to free up application resources
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Planning Central > Manage Plans > Search. Select a plan, Actions > Load.
2. Repeat the process to load a second plan.
