On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After November Patch, all CSAs disappear


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to BI Answer > Create New Analysis
2. Subject area list shows no CSAs

OR

1. Open a new analysis based on CSA

Error occurs: "Either you do not have permission to use the custExtxxxfa688_f4a6_49do_b106 within Answers, or the subject area does not exist"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work on custom reports based on CSA
