Session not authenticated.
The underlying SFTP session is not authenticated. This could be because of incorrect authentication parameters.
Check the error stack and fix the cause of the error. Contact oracle support if error is not fixable.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sftp connection in the default handler of scope fault flow.
2. When the scope gets error and default handler invokes, it fail to process successive nodes.
