Issue With Sending Multiple Emails Using Workflow (Doc ID 2331506.1)

There are multiple email notification to be send based on certain conditions. But the triggering point is same for both the workflows. The behavior observed is one notification is sent correctly without any delay but the second notification is getting delayed.
