A Specific User is Unable to Access Reports And Dashboard (Doc ID 2331511.1)

On : 031CS version, Analytics

A specific user is unable to access Reports And Dashboard:
1. For Reports, if click on Shared Custom Analyses, it prompts an Uncaught exception error. If click any pre-built reports, it prompts "Analytics server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.".
2. For Dashboard, Dashboard dropdown list is not visible.

Even change its CRM Role to Administrator still the error persists. Both errors encountered in IE and Chrome browser.

This user should be able to access report and dashboard.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, this user cannot run any report or dashboard.
