Updating Custom Conditions Inside Security Console

Getting no response while updating custom conditions inside Security Console.
Menu --> Security Console --> Administration --> Manage Database Resources --> Search the object --> Click "Edit" button on search results list. --> Condition --> Click "Edit" button on search results list.
Finally "Edit Database Resource Condition" screen popup appears with page loading sign, which never disappears.
Since page is still loading users cannot make any change on the record.
