Updating Custom Conditions Inside Security Console

We are getting no response while updating custom conditions inside Security Console.
This is how we navigate to this screen.
Menu --> Security Console --> Administration --> Manage Database Resources --> Search the object --> Click "Edit" button on search results list. --> Condition --> Click "Edit" button on search results list.
Finally "Edit Database Resource Condition" screen popup appears with page loading sign, which never disappears.
Since page is still loading we cannot make any change on the record.
