Legal Address is not available for selection while creating Legal Entity from 'Manage Legal Entity' UI.
1. Navigator -> Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Legal Addresses
2. Create a Legal address for country 'x' by filling all the details.
3. Now create legal entity: Navigator -> Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Legal Entity
5. Enter country 'x'
6. No value available for selection under legal address.
