Symptoms

NBV, YTD Depreciation, and Depreciation Reserve amounts in Asset Register Report do not match the amounts from Asset Inquiry for some assets.

Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Asset Register Report under Scheduled Processes > Schedule New Process
2. Query asset in Asset Inquiry page
3. Compare data for NBV, YTD and Depreciation Reserve for 0 cost asset and find mismatch
