Miscellaneous Transaction FBDI Loader does not validate DFF Values
Defined a DFF against expenditure items validated against the GL Cost Centre Value set
Using the FBDI loader loaded a value into this DFF that was not a valid value in the value set - would expect that this would be validated and the transaction rejected but the value was loaded without any errors or warnings - due to the fact that the DFF's are not editable once the values have been imported we now have a transaction with invalid information attached to it
