Error In Header After Configuring Security Policy (Doc ID 2332233.1)

Symptoms

Error in Header after Configuring Security Policy
 
 exposed a SOAP Web service in ou SOA Application Project. The service was working as expected untill I add the wss_username_token_service policy. I added this policy following the Oracle guides and after I do that I get the following error:

" An exception occured while invoking the webservice operation. Please see logs for more details.
oracle.sysman.emSDK.webservices.wsdlapi.SoapTestException: InvalidSecurity : error in processing the WS-Security security header".
