Twitter Streams Keep Asking To Be Authorised Every Day

Twitter won't stay authorized in account after having re-authorized it.

User should be able to authorize stream and not have to do again if no changes are made to password, etc.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Log into browser > incognito

Log into Twitter (each individual stream) > visit Profile > Visit Settings > visit Apps > Revoke access to Oracle Engage App > Refresh

Log into SRM > visit Workflow and Automation > Resources > Streams requiring Reauthorization > Reauthorize

Stream requires reauthorization shortly after performing these actions.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot publish with these streams.
