AD Bridge: Active Directory/ LDAP Setup Not Working

While testing the configuration for the Bridge for Active Directory, the customer gets following error stating that the host and proxy settings are not properly configured

Steps to reproduce:

  1. follow <Document 2309139.1> to configure AD Bridge
  2. At the step Setting Up the Client as above, after click Save, customer will get an error
