Fusion Workforce Compensation: Unable To Find Employee's Manager In Administer Workers page

Unable to find employee's manager in Administer Workers
Employee is assigned to incorrect manager when plan launches. Using Administer Workers admin tried to manually change hierarchy and is unable find manager.
Note: in screenshots correct manager shows at the top of the employee's administer workers page in the demographic data
User should be able to find the Correct manager for the employee via Compensation > Administer Worker.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Administer workers, Navigator>Compensation>Administer Workers
2. Search for employee, select employee
3. Click on plan name
4. Click on Hierarchy tab
5. For primary manager box click down arrow, then search
6. Search for manager name
7. Unable to find manager with any combination of name search
