Reverse Auto-Population Not Updating the Partner User Attribute Form (Doc ID 2332841.1)

Reverse Auto-Population (RAP) from a Business Process (BP) record to the Partner User Attribute Form is not working.When performing the reverse-auto population, the values in the Partner User Attribute form are not being updated.

NOTE: The functionality is working when RAP is done from the BP record to the Company User Attribute Form.


  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace Admin mode > User Administration > Partner Users and observe by entering any characters in Title, Work Phone, Mobile Phone, Home Phone, Pager and Fax fields.
  3. When performing RAP from the BP record to Partner User Attribute form, the values are not being updating and Unifier throws an error in the logs:
    updateUser Errors: [Field null value is empty, for username: GUTU1]

The applicable Data Element fields in the Partner User Attribute Form should be Reverse Auto-Populated with the changes made in the corresponding BP records.
