Sales Cloud Integration App Not Validating Credentials

I am setting up an integration between Eloqua and Sales Cloud, using the integration app. This is the Oracle app being developed by Chris Campbell out of the US.
I am hitting an issue where the credentials will not validate in the app, and I believe this could be being caused by the describe call not working, therefore not allowing the app to start its work.
Do you know of any issues with this app currently?
