On : 11.13.17.09.0 version, Inventory

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to choose the Select Source information from request Transfer


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to select supply sources when performing a transfer order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Item quantities
2. Search for the item
3. Select the line with organization
4. Customer goes to Actions - request Transfer Order
5. Select the item line and click on "Select Supply Source" - see that no supply source is found

" No valid supply sources were found. "

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create transfer orders risking that they do not have enough quantity for a certain item in order to satisfy customer's requirement.
