Import processes running slow after R12 upgrade

After customer got upgraded to release 12, they have submitted nightly jobs to import the data from ebiz to OSC and we observed that the import processes are running long than usual. The process are still running now.

The process should get completed in timely manner

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sale Cloud
2. Navigate to File Import
3. We see that all jobs are taking long time

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import records in timely manner.
