Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Enrich Account results is no records found. Search directly in D&B website results in matches.

Customer has an existing license for D&B. When customer tried to search for company information by entering National Identifier, it finds multiple matches. However when the customer tries to enrich the customer from Sales cloud it return no records found msg.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting Sales Cloud to find a match based on National identifier

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search National Identifier on D&B system shows three matches
2. Enrichment from Sales Cloud for account with National Identifier shows no match found.
3. Enrichment from Sales Cloud for account with DUNS shows a match.
4. Manage Social Data and Insight Cloud Attribute Mapping and Preferences task showing that Enable Enrichment for Account is ON
Match Threshold = 20
Maximum Number of Accounts for Real-Time Enrichment = 50

Due to this issue, enrichment for several accounts is not finding a match.
