Error "An Error Occurred. Business Process Related Data Was Not Sent to Analytics Successfully" for a Failed Unifier Analytics Publication Job With Error "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded" in the Associated Log

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Analytics publication process within Unifier (Company Workspace > Analytics Node), the schedule history shows the publication job as failed and reports the following error in the log file:

The following error is seen in the Unifier user interface in the Analytics Node's Run History:

An error occurred. Business Process Workflow related data was not sent to Analytics successfully

The following exception can be found in the Unifier background job server log file:

Target.Exception performTasks
SEVERE: unifier:/analytics/publish throws an exception at file:///analytics/action.xml:5: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the Analytics node within Unifier
2. Configure data mappings
3. Run the publication process
4. Note the reported issue which occurs

This situation can cause invalid or no data to be sent to Primavera Data Warehouse via an ETL execution, causing Primavera Analytics to return invalid or no data.
