Symptoms

On : 17.10.0.0 version, Cloud: General Issues

Not able to connect cloud to Prime Mobile applications

When using server connection URL https://prime.oracleindustry.com to connect to all Prime mobile applications, Prime Progress, Prime Portfolios, Prime Field and Prime, customer gets an error message stating 'Enter a valid server URL, username, and password for your Prime services installation'.

ERROR

'Enter a valid server URL, username, and password for your Prime services installation'.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Prime Portfolios App from Smart Phone
2. Enter URL, username, and password


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot use Prime Portfolios
