Duplicate Password Reset E-Mails Are Being Sent to Users in a Unifier Cloud Hosted Environment

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Issue is occurring in a Primavera Unifier Cloud hosted environment.
Users are receiving duplicate e-mails to reset their passwords.
One email is sent from a donotreply email address and one from an address similar to acvingridmp011a.
Both emails received have the same timestamp..
