Salary Notification Is Completely Blank For An HR AOR (Doc ID 2333346.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Notifications are configured to route to the Line Manager. Which they receive and approve. The approval is then routed to the HR AOR to approve. The HR receives the notification via Bell Icon and when they open the notification its blank.
The customer has tested the following:
  - Bell Icon > Pop is blank.
  - Worklist > Pop is blank

AOR HR should be able to see the transaction details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a Salary Change transaction.
2. LM approves
3. AOR HR receives the notification and opens it.
4. Blank page appears.
