In Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), How Can An Approval Request Form Be Accessed Other Than Via Email Link?

You've configured ARCS so that a notification email should be sent when someone has requested a reconciliation to be reassigned.  If these emails are somehow not received, is there another way to access the approval request form besides waiting for the email which contains the applicable link?
