Unable to edit business Email Address ie ability to update worker email address with in Person Management

Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

Unable to edit Business email address

For existing employees, HR Admin not able to edit Business email address. PFA document.
For workaround, Security team who is having 'IT Security manager' role is updating under email address on behalf of HR under 'Security Console', to apply the updated email address under 'Manager Person' page which is not supposed to do.

We are getting daily 20-30 requests as users may transfer from one entity to other entity/change of company name/data issues.
