Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Expenses-Approve Expense Report

Error: Attribute DelegatePersonId in DelecationEO is required.

A VP is trying to delegate his expense report to his assistant. He is getting the error: Attribute DelegatePersonId in DelecationEO is required.
Others can delegate to her but not her boss. Other assistants and myself.
What does the error mean?
