Not all account team members have the visibility of the business plan created for that account

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Business Plan
Account Team members are not able to access Business Plan which is associated to Account.
Customer have enabled Account Business Plan successfully using this document "Enabling Account & Generic Business Plans Oracle Sales Cloud (Doc ID 2294328.1) ." As per the given document customer have followed scenario 2 for enabling Account Business Plan.
Customer have created an Account and to that Account created a Business Plan. To that account customer have added team members but these member are not able to access Business Plan which is associated to that Account.
The requirement is "The Business Plan which is associated to that Account should be accessed by Account Team Members."
