PPM Invoice Generation - Can You Generate Invoices For Identical Billing Events In Same Period (Doc ID 2333580.1)

Scenario 1:
Multiple events have been processed against a Bill Plan set to Monthly (last day of the month). The invoice has been generated and transferred to AR with out any issues.
If additional Billing Events are created for the same period (even if they are identical to the ones already created, same date, same amount etc.) that has just been billed,
Is it possible to raise new Invoices even though the monthly Bill Plan has already come into effect?
