Fusion Global HR: HCM Transactions Have The Wrong Title

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer  noticed that some of the transactions are coming in with the wrong title.  If the business submits a transaction with the SAME effective date as a previous transaction that is already in HCM, the title of the notification will say the previous transactions title instead of the one being keyed but the action and reason in the transaction are correct.

For example employee A has a hire in HCM in the past, and the business just submitted an assignment change-payroll relationship change, but the title says Hire for Employee A


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the transaction title to accurately reflect what the transaction is.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps using the same effective date
1.  Log into the application
2.  Perform a hire transaction
3.  Once that is completed perform an assignment change on the new employee
4.  When looking at the work list it shows two rows for this person
     Hire for employee A  (this would should show Assignment Change)
     Employee  Hired
5.  When actually when drilling down the action and reason in the transaction are correct, it is just on the list.
