When selecting the workers local currency, The budget amount column does not convert to correct currency yet all other columns such as current base salary convert correctly with correct amount

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The budget amount column should convert based on workers local currency

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Proxy as manager
2.managers worksheet
3. select 'workers local currency'
4. Current base salary converts to correct amount but Budget Amount column does not.
