R12 Security: Security Console Copy Role Process Stays in Processing Status

Symptoms

While copying the roles using the Copy Role button in the Security Console - Roles tab, the Role Copy Status page shows the status as Processing, even after several hours get passed.


Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Login to Fusion Application as admin user.

2. Navigate to Tools > Security Console and copy any seeded role using the Copy Role feature.

3. Go to the Administration tab > Role Copy Status page

4. You can see that the Role Copy Status stays at Processing even after several hours.
