Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Importing Scope Assignment creates some unwanted decimals.

When importing Scope Assignments, it is creating unwanted decimals at the end of the number causing the import to create an error that Scope Assignments quantity cannot be above the Scope Item unassigned quantity.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Upon import of Scope Assignments, for it to not create more decimals than expected.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Login to Prime.
   2. Import Scope Assignments.
   3. After the import, several decimals are added making the Scope Assignment quantity above the Scope Item unassigned quantity.
