Symptoms

The RMAN backup to Oracle Cloud failed with the following:

KBHS-00700: HTTP response error 'Unauthorized'
ORA-19511: non RMAN, but media manager or vendor specific failure, error test:
ORA-19554: error allocating device, device type: SBT_TAPE, device name:
ORA-27023: skgfqsbi: media manager protocol error
