Unifier Tile (Widget) is Not Displayed on Primavera Cloud Portal Page (Doc ID 2334485.1)

Symptoms

When a user logs into the Unifier Cloud hosted environment and the Primavera Cloud Portal page (sometimes referred to as the "landing page") is displayed, there is no "Unifier" tile or widget that the user can click on to open the Unifier window.

The following message may even be displayed: "Welcome to Primavera Cloud Portal, Contract your Cloud Administrator to get application access."

 

Changes

This issue occurred for users who had previously been able to access the environment, and who had been properly provisioned in the Cloud Administration Application. There had been a recent change to the cloud environment, it had been recently upgraded by the Oracle team to a new major release.
