Symptoms

On Oracle Analytical Cloud Service:

Not able upload data model after uploading snapshot from console ,getting the error as below

The Data Model cannot be replaced with Oraclexxx_xxx_OACV1 - 
For1.5.rpdjava.sql.SQLException: java.io.IOException: execute query 
failed[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 94641] Service 
Instance updated by external utility since last check-out.

Client has to refresh from service instance.
