Custom Chdeckbox on Account Not Displayed Correclty on Summary Page (Doc ID 2334646.1)

Symptoms

Customer has a custom checkbox field named Primary Account that is selected for one Account.

But an user that goes to Account Summary page is not able to see the custom checkbox as selected. (the checkbox is displayed as not selected)
