Hello Oracle Cloud User,
Universal Content Management (UCM) is the industry's unified enterprise content management platform that enables you to leverage market-leading document management, web content management, digital asset management, and records retention functionality to build and complement your business applications.
With the availability of UCM, we will no longer provide an Oracle hosted secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) server effective 1 December 2017.
For more information, review Oracle Applications Cloud Hosted SFTP Server Deprecation Announcement (Doc ID 2312867.1).

Does it mean Oracle is going to stop SFTP support for Database as a Service (DbaaS) or Compute VMs ?
