Consumer Goods for Retail Execution Mobile App Is Not Working in Android Version 8.0 (Doc ID 2335226.1)

On : version, Consumer Goods Mobile App

The mobile device was upgraded to Android 8.0 (Oreo).
Whenever we click on Navigator and select something from the list, the application stops working and the following error appears:


Retail execution keeps stopping.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade mobile device to android 8.0
2. Launch Retail Execution mobile app
3. Open Navigator > Choose a Functionality > App Crashes with error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Retail Execution mobile app functionalities on devices running Android 8.0
