When attempting to access the " Manage Features by Country or Territory" task in Setup and Maintenance, the following error occurs:
Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #11".
An error occurred while invoking task Manage Features by Country or Territory. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Features by Country or Territory task
2. Error received
