Transaction can not be selected to Receipt data

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User created AR transaction and Click on "Complete" button,And process complete without error.
After that they tried to be applied it to the a receipt.So,they clicked on "Add Application" button in Manage Receipts.
But they could not select the transaction data.
