Audit Report Not Being Created For Service Requests (Doc ID 2335891.1)

The customer enabled Audit Reports on the Service Request object by enabling the profile option SVC_ENABLE_AUDIT_IN_SR to Yes. They then edited an SR, made some changes to the fields values and saved but no auditing information appear in the Audit History subtab on the SR.
