Symptoms
Problem Description:
When reporting on Flex Field (user-defined field (UDF)) Codes, the columns that share the first two numbers or digits have matching code values when they should be different for each column.
It will appear as if the UDF Code column was displaying the wrong value.
Example:
- UDF10 codes match with UDF100 - UDF109 codes
- UDF11 codes match with UDF110 - UDF119 codes
- UDF12 codes match with UDF120 - UDF129 codes
- UDF13 codes match with UDF130 - UDF139 codes
And so on...
