Fusion Global HR: Security Limitation On Global Transfer

if a global transfer is performed for an employee from Business Unit A to Business Unit B, the HR user from Business Unit A should be still able to see all the records (assignments) of this employee until the day he has been transferred.
The HR user from the Business Unit "B" should be able to see records regarding this user starting with date when he has been transferred.
