Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.12.1.0.0 version, importing customer. Using simplified import gets error:

ERROR

Unable to retrieve error message. Log a service request and reference error code HZ_DUPLICATE_COMBINATION.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting to be able to import customers


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Billing > Customer
3. Go to upload customer using spreadsheet
4. Run the process and observed the error described appears
