Goal

An Item Structure was mistakenly created in the Child ORG instead of the Parent ORG.

How can this structure be moved from the Child ORG to the Parent ORG?

Stipulations - Structure name of "Primary" was used in the Child ORG and Parent ORG but no Components were added to the Structure name in the Parent ORG
