On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Procurement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Items Defined are not available in Enterprise contracts

We were not able query all the items and add it to the lines while creating the enterprise contracts.

Enterprise Contracts --> Create Contract --> Lines

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Defined Items should be available to add to a Contract Line

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract
2. Add a line
3. Search for item to add to the line
4. Known items are not returned in search results.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add items to a Contract Line.
