Successfully loaded and processed videos not appearing.

Videos loaded by Learners using the Publish Video link on the What to Learn tab. Screens indicate video was uploaded successfully and notifications says the video has processed successfully, however, no video appears in the learner's Contribution view.

Learning Specialist is able to upload (and view) video files successfully into the content catalog.
