Error 'Not In A Transaction' When Deleting Activities in P6 Client

After 220.127.116.11 Cloud Connect is deployed to address orphaned transactions, The P6 Client gets exception error messages NIAT-3847-2, with details saying "Not in a transaction". This usually occurrs while deleting activities.

Not in a transaction
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Access the P6 Client via Cloud Connect.
- Open a project.
- Open to the Activities tab.
- Choose an activity and delete it.
