ACA Archive Process Rollback Returns Error: The specified payroll action does not exist. (Doc ID 2336798.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to rollback the ACA Archive process,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The specified payroll action does not exist.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator -> Payroll-> Checklist
2. Click on Search button
3. Select Payroll Flow name
4. Select Archive End-of-Year ACA Information and click on Go to Task.
5. Select Archive End-of-Year ACA Information and click on Actions. You will see Rollback option.
6. Click on Rollback.
