P6 Professional Does Not Appear In the Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Menu When Accessing the Primavera Virtual Desk (PVD) (Doc ID 2336862.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to launch P6 Professional Via Secure Global Desktop (SGD), P6 Professional does NOT appear in the left-side Workspace of Secure Global Desktop.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to  https://company-p6.oracleindustry.com
  2. Log in with username.
  3. On cloud landing page, choose Primavera Virtual Desktop.
  4. SGD page will load.
    Note: 
    P6 Professional is NOT present in the left-side menu (Workspace).
