Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Procurement

When attempting to add more than one party for contract
the following error occurs.

ERROR
You can have only one primary party. (OKC-195722)


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Log into OSC
Navigate to Contract
create new contract
Navigate to OVerview
click: Parties tab
add second party

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add second party
